What it does
Two-person approval
The person who prepares a payroll run cannot approve it. A second person signs off, and approval locks the run.
Exceptions highlighted
New hires, salary changes and bank account updates are flagged for review before a run is approved.
Protected bank details
Account numbers are encrypted and shown only as their last four digits.
HR access without salaries
The HR role can manage employee records without seeing salaries, enforced at the server level.
Uneditable audit log
Every change and approval is recorded in a log that cannot be edited.
Payslips and bank files
Download payslips and bank files for each approved run.
Draft mode
Run payroll as a draft and compare it against your current payroll before anything is approved.
